Digital Anaphylaxis Action Plan
The AllergyAIDE digital anaphylaxis action plan (AAP) is designed to simplify the process of creating and maintaining your plan and can be easily shared so that it is accessible as an interactive guide should an event occur.
AllergyAIDE is designed for all patients at risk for anaphylaxis. For students, this digital plan replaces the paper plans that you are accustomed to. You can download a printable PDF paper plan but the digital plan also remains accessible on your phone or computer and on the specific AllergyAIDE portal at your school/camp/daycare and your healthcare provider’s office.
No more unnecessary trips back and forth to the doctors office for your forms to be completed.
Here’s how it works:
Parent fills in basic information about the child and emails plan to healthcare provider
Healthcare provider reviews information, adds instructions and dosing, electronically signs the plan and emails back to parent
Parent can now email the plan to school, camp or daycare
School can email request to parent for new action
